What happens if HeirVault goes offline?

All vault logic lives on-chain in smart contracts. You can interact with the contracts directly using any Ethereum client.

How does the multisig claim work?

The owner sets a signature threshold during vault creation. Any heir can initiate the claim once the check-in is overdue. The claim executes when enough signatures are collected AND the grace period has elapsed.

What assets are supported?

EVM vaults support native ETH, any ERC-20 token, and ERC-721 NFTs. Bitcoin vaults are available on premium plans. Multiple chains supported.

Subscriptions and billing

Use this guide to understand payment networks, paused subscriptions, cancellation, and billing support.

Payment methods

Self-service checkout accepts supported stablecoin payments on EVM payment networks. Tron and Solana payments are not part of Open Beta checkout.

Paused subscription

When a subscription is paused, premium features are locked until the plan is resumed. Existing vaults remain visible.

Cancellation

Cancelling stops future renewal. Access remains available through the paid period unless the subscription enters a paused or expired state.

Refunds

Billing errors should be reported with the invoice ID and transaction hash. Stablecoin refunds are handled to the original payment address after review.
